Kinly has appointed Jody Moffat as head of global services. Moffat will be spearhead Kinly’s global services proposition, helping to maintain, develop and grow the portfolio to meet the needs of new and existing enterprise clients.
Moffat started her career within the industry as a receptionist at Norton Rose Fulbright,
formerly known as Norton Rose, 20 years ago.
She worked her way up from
an assistant AV technician to the technical conference nanager, responsible for all service and video
deployments globally, including internal and external corporate event management at Norton Rose Fulbright.
In
2014, Moffat joined AVMI as a service delivery manager, looking after the company’s biggest client
at the time. She was instrumental in helping to develop and grow the client
services proposition, building out AVMI’s operational capabilities in the US, alongside building a managed on
site (MOS) team at one of its global banking clients. This work helped position
the business, and during the pandemic Kinly won one of the industry’s biggest ever MOS deals.
