KUDO gets cash boost as it closes successful funding round
Multilingual video conferencing provider KUDO has closed its oversubscribed $21 million (approximately €18 million) Series A funding round led by Felicis Ventures.

Felicis, who led the seed round for the
multilingual meeting platform, is joined by a team of
investors including Maverick Ventures, Elephant VC, FJ Labs, Global
Founders Capital and billionaire activist investor Bill Ackman in
the oversubscribed round.

The new venture partners join original investors
ID8 Investments, Advancit Capital and AirAngels, bringing the total
round of funding to nearly $27 million.

KUDO was
established in 2017 and in 2020 the pandemic saw
demand for the company’s services explode by more than 3,500%.
