L-Acoustics has announced the future acquisition of a majority stake in AV services and rental specialist, DeltaLive UK.
The acquisition comes amid the sale of DeltaLive UK’s Dubai based operations
to PRG.
The acquisition also marks a period of expansion for L-Acoustics, with
the acquisition of HGP, a manufacturer of sheet metal and API, a
powder coating specialist in November 2018.
DeltaLive UK and L-Acoustics shared a relationship
before the acquisition, with DeltaLive UK being a member of the L-Acoustics certified
provider network, installing L-Acoustics L-ISA technology for the BBC Proms 2018 at the
Royal Albert Hall in London.
Hervé Guillaume, CEO of L-Acoustics Group said:
“The medium-term strategy is for DeltaLive UK to venture into markets that have
hitherto remained unexplored by L-Acoustics, with the commissioning of private and professional multichannel auditoria.”
