L-Acoustics brings flexible sound to adaptable arena
The newly inaugurated LDLC Arena is home to a L-Acoustics audio system, meeting the changing needs of the LDLC Arena.

The largest indoor arena outside Paris, the LDLC Arena boasts a 16,000
capacity and has welcomed celebrity comedians and global-standard artists. Integrator Snef was brought
on board to design and install a concert-grade audio system, capable of reinforcing
any content at any scale that visiting performers may require.

Snef was tasked
with delivering uniform coverage with substantial flexibility to accommodate for sports or entertainment. The
sound system also had to be compact enough to adapt to different arena
layouts, meeting the need for a changing layout based on events.

The sound
system is based on L-Acoustics’ A series and K series, selected to provide
wide coverage without obstructing spectator views during matches, using Soundvision to map out coverage.
