Midwich’s subsidiary Earpro S.A has acquired the entire issued share capital of lighting and lighting infrastructure distributor Entertainment Equipment Supplies (EES).

EES is based near San Sebastian,
Spain, distributing products from Robe, Verlinde
and Prolyte on an exclusive basis to
the Spanish trade market, focusing on
customers servicing the live event and rental
sectors.
The acquisition will strengthen Midwich’s
position in the Spanish and Portuguese markets,
with Earpro and EES planning to
work together closely in the future.
