Milestone AV Technologies has announced the acquisition of manufacturer Vaddio to expand its reach in the videoconference and broadcast markets.
Vaddio was sold for an undisclosed amount. The company will
continue to be based in Minnetonka, Minnesota in the U.S.
The
global manufacturer of PTZ cameras and unified communication products joins
companies such as Chief, Da-lite, Sanus and Projecta under the Milestone
brand. Milestone is majority owned by the Pritzker Group, Duchossois Capital
Management and management.
