Mitsubishi Electric and Anders+Kern have embarked on their Technology Days roadshow, kicking off the event at the InAVation Award-winning Our Dynamic Earth exhibition in Edinburgh.
The UK tour will also visit Galpharm Stadium in Huddersfield on April 5 and will conclude with an event at
Mitsubishi’s Hatfield headquarters on April 7.
The travelling showcase features AV, facilities management and digital signage products. Mitsubishi is demonstrating
its touch screen interface option which provides its 42", 52" and 65" displays with dual-point touch.
Anders+Kern is showing off its
PADS digital signage content management alongside other technologies including PolyVision’s eno interactive whiteboard, the Evoko room management interface and a
selection of AV hardware mounts and brackets from SMS.
Demonstrations of Mitsubishi’s IP cameras will target audiovisual and facilities management applications
with a focus on integration into intelligent building systems. Mitsubishi is also exhibiting its professional projector line-up, including the 8000
Series large venue projector, demonstrated using a Stewart Filmscreen screen, and its ultra-short throw unit.
This year, Global Immersion won an
InAVation award in the the Most InAVative Leisure or Entertainment Facility for its integration of a 4D theatre at Our
Dynamic Earth. The project will be covered in detail in the April edition of InAVate magazine.
