Navori has announced it has acquired Signagelive, to form the world’s largest independent, channel-only CMS platform provider (by installed base).
The integration of Signagelive’s API-first and cloud-based CMS platform into Navori Labs’ portfolio creates a company purpose-built to deliver scalable, data-driven systems for modern signage environments across industries, continents, and partner sizes.
By the end of 2025, the joint organisation will boast more than 45 dedicated developers focused exclusively on delivering scalable, flexible, and data-centric signage technology.
Former Signagelive CEO Jason Cremins and CCO Frank Larsen will complement the leadership team of the Navori Labs Group around Group CEO Jeffrey Weitzman, contributing their experience to drive the company’s strategic growth. In addition, Signagelive’s long-standing CTO, Marc Benson, will remain a key pillar of the Group’s technology leadership.
“This is a pivotal moment for Signagelive. Joining forces with Navori Labs gives us exactly what we need to take our platform, our reach, and our execution to the next level,” said Jason Cremins, founder of Signagelive. “Together, we expand our global scale and enter into a new phase of accelerated growth and opportunity.”
The Navori Labs Group now operates with a global footprint, serving customers with dedicated teams in Lausanne (CH), Cambridge (UK), Montreal (CA), Copenhagen (DK), Mexico City (MX), Dubai (AE), Riyadh (SA), India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, and Australia, among others. It retains its headquarters in Lausanne, while enhancing local support and regional sales presence across continents.
