As part of its growing activities, the Analog Way EMEA sales team is expanding with the addition of new talents from the AV industry and changes in leadership roles.

Vincent Piarou, former head of market development
at Samsung Display Europe, has been appointed sales director for EMEA. His initiatives aim
to strengthen channel partner and customer relationships, further solidifying Analog Way's position in various Pro-AV
segments.
Meanwhile, Demetrio Faroldi, the former EMEA sales director, transitions into a business development role.
He will focus on expanding our portfolio, identifying new use cases and verticals, and
fostering partnerships with key vendors.

To strengthen regional
coverage, Ian Baugh, former project sales manager for Panasonic Connect UK, joins the team to
manage the UK and Ireland markets.
Additionally, Kim Rasmussen, an expert in LED technology
and command-and-control rooms from Samsung Display Europe, will take responsibility for the Nordic and Baltic region.
