Meyer Sound has added Roland Morcom as a sales manager in the UK. Prior to joining Meyer Sound, Morcom has held roles at Nokia Technologies, Martin Audio and Meridian Audio.
He will work with Andy Davies, head of UK technical
support and Roland Harpum, who focuses on business development and
hospitality.
Meyer Sound has also bolstered its R&D team with Swapan
Gandhi [pictured right], who joins as an
auditory researcher in
Berkeley, California. He will take a lead role in testing, measuring,
collecting data and documenting research for a broad range of
scientific projects. He has held research-related positions at Starkey Hearing Technologies,
Hafter Auditory perception Lab and the Space Sciences Lab at
the University of California, Berkeley, where he received a B.S. in Physics.
