The new V3R converter unit from Optocore converts analogue audio signals into the digital AES/EBU formats. Card slots in the rear of the unit enable complete customisation of inputs.
Designed for rack-mounting, the unit supports
8 microphone inputs, 8 line inpurs or 8
line outputs, all converted to AES/EBU. All
cards are fitted with Euroblock connectors.
The device
also features control ports for RS-232, LAN
and USB as well as world clock inputs
and outputs to allow synchronisation of units
with an external source or to pass the
world clock from one unit to the next.
