NetTek has announced the launch of its ProTek tiered support program, allowing customers to choose between four levels of coverage, incorporating support elements under warranty, software maintenance, technical support and extended services.
Users can tailor support packages to individual needs
and offers feedback options for future developments, as Barbara
Spicek, president and general manager, NewTek commented: “In
