Professional sound specialist Musiklagret installed a Nexo sound system at the Borås Arena, home to top tier Swedish football club Elfsborg and Division 1 South team Norrby.
Forty P15s and twenty P10s were installed at the
14,500-capacity stadium. Amplification and processing for the system was
handled by a network of 12 Dante-equipped Nexo NXAMP4X2Mk2 powered
TD controllers.
P+ cabinets are installed in pairs at
90-degree angles around the stadium, with one focused on the
pitch and the other on the crowd.
“At the
same time as we changed speakers and amplifiers, we also
changed all analogue signals to Dante and installed a
processor from Q-Sys,” said Christian Mohr from the stadium’s technical team.
