Pakedge Device & Software is ramping up technical and sales resources in Europe with a centre in Belgrade, Serbia.
Benson Chan, VP of business development, said: “Our latest investment in Europe […] will allow us
to provide value-added technical support in the region in a time zone that’s more convenient and easier
for both our distributors and dealers.â€
Pakedge will kick off its European office with three employees in Belgrade.
Aleksandar Kostic will head up the European technical support operation.
He joins the company from RB Generalekonomik
where he worked as lead technical support engineer for six years. He is a Cisco Certified Network
Professional and is fluent in English, German and French.
Djordje Mitric and Maja Velikovic will work with
Kostic provide sales support for Pakedge’s international sales manager, Michelle Coleman.
Mitric joins Pakedge from a network sales
background, having worked most recently as business development manager at RB Generalekonomik in Belgrade. Velikovic holds a
degree in civil engineering and has worked in sales across a variety of roles within the construction industry.
