Pepsi Max has used augmented reality (AR) to bring flying saucers and giant robots to life at one busy bus stop on Oxford Street in London as part of its integrated 'Unbelievable' campaign.
As a follow up to the Human
Loop, Pepsi Max wanted to use a cutting-edge
technology in order to create an Augmented Reality
event.
The project included transformation of a digital
6-sheet poster to show a live feed of
the road ahead, giving an illusion of see-through
display.
Commuters were faced with a giant robot
crashing though Oxford Street, or catch a glimpse
of a passer by being abducted by flying saucers.
