Philips has joined forces with Vidyo to provide telehealth solutions across clinical workstations and mobile devices including smartphones, tablets and laptops.
Philips enterprise telehealth solutions will
incorporate remote physiologic monitoring, clinical decision support,
and Vidyo’s Adaptive Video Layering Technology,
into a clinical platform for communications and
collaboration.
The interoperable platform, based on
the eICU program, will aggregate clinical informatics
and key performance indicators such as
patient mortality, length of stay, hospital-acquired infections,
and hospital readmissions across health system enterprises.
