Plans to build two new arena venues in London revealed
The Oak View Group (OVG) live entertainment company is aiming to open two new venues in London, with a reported cost of approximately £1.5 billion.

Speaking to City AM, the company revealed plans
for up to two new arenas which are being considered
for the UK’s capital. OVG currently operates the UK’s
largest indoor arena, Co-op Live, with the new venues predicted
to be larger and more expensive than the £450
million Co-op Live in Manchester.

The Co-op Live in Manchester
has a total capacity of 23,500 people, dwarfing the
capacity of other London venues such as the 02, which
has a capacity of 20,000.
