Dave Shull has been appointed as Poly’s president and chief executive officer, succeeding Robert Hagerty who has served as interim chief executive officer since February 2020.
Hagerty will continue his role
as chairman of the board with
Poly, resuming membership on the nominating
and governance and strategy committees, with
Marv Tseu continuing as vice
chairman of the board.
Shull joins
Poly with 15 years of senior
leadership experience, with Shull’s appointment taking
effect on 8 September 2020.
