Powersoft has appointed pro audio specialist Surgesound as its distributor in South Africa and a number of territories in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Steve Smith, regional sales manager for EMEA at Powersoft,
and Andrew Rowan, managing director of Surgesound, confirmed that the agreement
took affect from August 1, 2014.
Surgesound will target touring
and installation markets with an official brand launch, product training
and a roadshow.
Smith said: “What really impressed me was how
