Proel has snapped up Italian lighting brand Sagitter, following an agreement with Lampo Lighting Designers.
The sale includes the complete Sagitter
manufacturing plant and R&D department.
The
acquisition will help Poel push into high
levels of the professional lighting sector,
with the company particularly targeting the international
rental, theatre and live markets.
Proel
says the operation represents an important step
towards the completion of the ongoing
strategic plan for the professional audio, video and lighting sectors.
