The United Nations’ revamped general assembly invested in a new audiovisual network, outfitted with robotic cameras supported by PureLink switchers.
Technology integrator, VCA Global, is responsible for
the General Assembly phase of the project, deploying nine
PureLink matrix switchers in the chamber to interface
the disparate systems.
PureLink’s PM-128x128 matrix switchers were
chosen for the project, along with three 64x64 frames,
three 48x48 and one each 16x16 and 8x8.
That matrix units take inputs from PCs, cameras
and other AV equipment and output to the facility’s
core router, feeding from all conference rooms on campus.
