Questmark, a UK videoconferencing and telepresence supplier, has demonstrated its expertise in video communications gaining Cisco accreditation.
The company is now part of the Cisco Advanced Telepresence Partner (ATP) programme
after meeting Cisco certified personnel levels.
The accreditation is designed to ensure Questmark
sales and support organisations are better prepared to sell, design, install, and support the
ATP programme specific technology and products.
Lisa McMaster, operations director at Questmark, said it
was an outstanding accomplishment. “[Joining the ATP programme] demonstrates our continued commitment to
develop expertise in this market, ensuring risk free investments in video and telepresence for
all of our customers,” she added.
“As the use of videoconferencing and telepresence becomes
more mainstream for businesses it is essential that the buyer is protected from
the ‘tin shifters’ that are the blight of our industry; this application is about people, not technology.”
