Joe Kaveney assumes the role of industrial engineering manager and
Andrew Gizara joins as electrical engineer. Kaveney brings engineering expertise to his new role combined with a love of music.
His diverse career spans from earning a U.S. patent in the solar industry to implementing approved processes in the
aerospace sector. Alongside his professional accomplishments, Kaveney's lifelong passion for music includes playing instruments, producing live events, and building
interactive art installations.
Joining the engineering department is Andrew Gizara, a prolific inventor with a portfolio of over twenty U.S.
and foreign patents whose distinguished career spans decades in the fields of scientific instrumentation, AI, computers, networking/telephony, chips, and
aerospace. The move to Renkus-Heinz marks Gizara’s return to his first passion - audio electronics, where his fascination began
in his early teens through experimenting with and building loudspeakers, amplifiers, mixers and music synthesizers. Beyond his engineering prowess, Gizara's
creative side flourishes through playing piano, violin, synthesizers, and recording his own compositions that blend jazz with electronic music.
