The two sister companies have announced their merger under the Anna Valley brand three years after their parent, Shooting Partners Group underwent a management buyout.
Shooting Partners Group, established an AV integration business unit with the acquisition of Anna Valley
in 2000. The company also recently acquired live event specialists Matrix UK Solutions, which has not
been affected by the rebrand.
The decision to merge Shooting Partners under the Anna Valley brand
was spurred by convergence of AV and broadcast sectors that has seen the increasing use of
professional camera equipment in events and corporate markets.
Steve Jones, managing director at Anna Valley said “2019
marks our thirtieth year of operation in the video production and AV sectors,”
“The company has
grown significantly over the last three decades and it’s appropriate for the brand to be updated
to reflect our current state, future plans and changes in the market.
Under the Anna Valley
name, the company’s full suite of products and solutions will be available to the group’s client base.
