Stardraw.com reports healthy uptake of Design 7 beta program
Stardraw.com is celebrating more than 1,000 registrations for the Stardraw Design 7 public beta program. The design/documentation tool was unveiled at InfoComm in June and the beta program was publicly announced on July 1, 2011.

The application is Stardraw.com’s seventh-generation software solution for systems integrators. It is a modular package, which is designed
to enable integrators to custom configure the software to suit varied specifications and budgets.

Stardraw Design 7 uses a new
codebase to access a single project- and product-centric database which is accessible via task-oriented drawing environments such as ‘Block
Schematics’ and ‘Rack Layouts’ as well as a grid-based product selector.

In addition Design 7 features a Symbols Palette which
enables you to see the products that are not being used in the current drawing.

The Project Dashboard provides
a master view of all the views and details of the project.

With the public beta phase under way, Stardraw.com
says an official launch will follow later in the year.

David Snipp, CEO of Stardraw.com, called on further registrations,
inviting interested parties to sign up on the company website. “Customer feedback is the number one tool for us to
improve our products and our service. We not only welcome feedback, we actively encourage it – hence the beta program,” he added.
