Video capture and display wall specialist Datapath and Outsourcery, a cloud services provider, have been named in the London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2016’ report.
The report aims to identify the fastest growing and most dynamic SMEs in the UK and
the 1000 featured this year are expanding at an average of 50% per year.
This year it
showed the continued growth of the UK tech sector, noting that it had been growing faster than
any other part of the economy for several years. The report claimed the number of tech-related companies
had risen by 31% since 2010.
Technology and digital business accounts for 12.4% of the UK economy
which amounts to more than any other G20 country.
Bjorn Krylander, managing director of Datapath, said: “We
are continuing to grow, and as we launch new products we expect to see increased revenue. There
are plenty of opportunities for Datapath in market areas such as digital signage, enterprise collaboration and in
visual solutions for healthcare.”
The ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2016’ is now in its third year.
