Turbosound appoints Nigerian distributor
Nigeria and surrounding countries were targeted by Turbosound when it appointed a distributor in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja.

Turbosound chose Kayima-Chris Company to provide sales and distribution, rental, sound design, installation, sound engineering, training and consultancy services for professional audio
applications in an area it has pinpointed as an expanding market.

“My first contact with a Turbosound system was at LaScala in King’s
Cross, London,” said Isioma C Odukwe, managing director of Kayima-Chris. “For me the experience can be summed up as ‘breathtaking’.”

“Bringing Turbosound to
the Nigerian pro audio market is a landmark achievement for us at Kayima-Chris. With a growing market and consequential growth in professionalism, more
people are beginning to appreciate and seek better options for audio systems.

“By becoming a Turbosound distributor, we are laying the foundations
of a very good future for both companies in the Nigerian event and sound installation industry.”

Kayima-Chris’ focuses on providing professional solutions, said
Turbosound sales manager, Tim McCall, making it an ideal company for us.

“As the eighth most populous country in the world, Nigeria’s strong
tradition of music and the arts, coupled with its emerging economic power, means that it is becoming a very important territory for the
professional audio industry,” McCall said.

“We are very pleased to be working with a company where we can both help to realise each other’s full potential in the region.”
