Unilumin opens UK showroom and service centre
Unilumin has announced the opening of its upgraded UK showroom and service centre at Heathrow, UK, aiming to enhance localised support, provide faster response times, and strengthening its presence in the UK and Northwest European markets.

The showroom was opened in an event which brought together Unilumin clients and partners,
offering a day of celebration, discussions, and a showroom tour.

The event was opened
by James Li, president of sales and service, Unilumin Group, emphasising Unilumin’s commitment to its
three localisations strategy which focuses on localised sales, service, and product offerings.

The UK team’s
organisational structure was unveiled at the event, designed to enable easier customer connection to
the right contacts for support. Furthermore, Unilumin highlighted that its UK branch will adhere strictly
to ESG regulations to deliver environmentally conscious LED systems.

The in-house team located at the
Heathrow facility will also offer full service and repair operations, as well as technical
training for the Unilumin Certified Engineer accreditation as well as full product demonstration and showroom facilities.
