Xyte (formerly SyncPro) has announced a partnership with the SDVoE Alliance, providing a standardised monitoring and management platform for more than 700 products.
The partnership also provides a platform to launch revenue-generating managed services, bringing Xyte’s cloud connectivity platform to
all 54 SDVoE Alliance members.
Xyte’s AV platform, Workplace by Xyte, will provide remote monitoring and management abilities
as well as the ability to gather usage and performance analytics. The platform also offers direct online
customer service, including technical support.
The partnership will offer SDVoE Alliance member manufacturers with an end-to-end cloud-based platform
to run a hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) business.
