NDI, the global standard for plug-and-play IP video connectivity, has announced that Yealink has joined the NDI ecosystem.
Yealink’s SmartVision 80 Premium Intelligent PTZ Camera is the company’s first product
to receive NDI certification, with additional NDI-enabled products expected to follow.
With the
integration of NDI into its product line, Yealink takes a firm step
into the world of video over IP, providing new levels of interoperability and
flexibility.
SmartVision 80 combines AI-driven video features with premium PTZ performance to deliver
intelligent meeting experiences. With NDI certification, the camera integrates into broadcast, streaming, and
production workflows, making it a tool for both ProAV professionals and enterprise
users. While NDI does not build AI functionality directly, it provides the metadata
and connectivity that enable AI-driven workflows to operate within production and collaboration environments.
