ZetaDisplay has announced that it has acquired Ubiq, a Swedish-based digital signage integrator, aiming to strengthen its position in the Swedish market and expand its technical capabilities.
The acquisition was made with Ubiq’s parent company, WOBI AB, with the aim of strengthening ZetaDisplay’s local market
presence, especially ithin street retail, QSR, and workspace customer verticals.
Ubiq joins ZetaDisplay with awide ranging customer base in
Sweden, as well as a growing footprint in international coworking office environments. The company also boasts a range of
LED installations and a track record in consumer experience-centric systems. Ubiq even features a global client reach, with ongoing
projects in London and New York.
ZetaDisplay will work collaboratively with Onemotion IMC and Production Republic, both WOBI AB companies,
as part of the transaction.
