Zoom has announced that its AI companion app now connects with 16 third-party apps, including ServiceNow, Jira, Asana, Box, and more to complete tasks and orchestrate agents within the Zoom ecosystem.
The custom AI Companion add-on
is available to online Zoom customers,
delivering AI meeting summaries across meeting platforms
and customised meeting summaries.
The add
on enables small businesses to leverage
AI Companion across third-party video conferencing
platforms like Google Meet, allowing for customised
meeting summary templates, custom avatars, and
connection of third-party apps to improve productivity.
