Shure has debuted its cloud-enabled centralised management platform, ShureCloud, enabling unified control and management of Shure’s Microflex range and IntellIMix Room DSP software licenses from one UI.
ShureCloud includes self-registration and an expanded monitored device portfolio which will be introduced in the coming months. The platform enables real-time remote management access to allow users to manage, monitor, remotely update, and control devices and licenses remotely.
Shure devices can be managed and updated from the platform, with device monitoring to view device status and performance in real time; users can push updates to ensure all devices are running on the latest firmware, with alerts to signify issues and enable quick resolutions.
The platform’s interface is designed for IT managers and AV integrators who regularly work in a variety of cloud platforms, with both desktop and mobile applications available for flexibility.
A user management application within the platform lets customers invite, manage, and control internal access to specific parts of the ShureCloud platform, with each individual user having the option to customise the site layout and tailor the interface based on requirements.
An array of security features are available for ShureCloud, included accepted standards such as GDPR, TLS 1.2 MQTT, and HTTPS. Data encryption is included for secure communication between devices.
The Shure wireless workbench scan library application is also available within ShureCloud.
