AV Media Events transported attendees to the heart of Manhattan without leaving Prague, deploying technology from Analog Way for a Redken CZ/SK hair styling event at the DOX+ venue.
Tasked with recreating the iconic skyline of New York City, AV Media Events designed an immersive LED
set using different-height screens, lighting effects, and custom content created by its in-house Creative Lab. “The client had
a clear vision – to have the attendees feel like they were in New York City,” explained Lotte
Motshagen, marketing specialist at AV Media Events.
To realise the complex visuals and ensure seamless playback and switching
between live cameras and presentation content, the team relied on the Analog Way Aquilon RS3 presentation system
paired with a Picturall Quad Mark II media server. The Aquilon RS3’s high-output capacity, enhanced with additional expansion
cards, allowed the team to meet the demanding requirements of the setup.
“The configuration was complex, but everything
ran smoothly because we could rely on Analog Way,” said Motshagen.
For the Redken project, AV Media Events’
team included sales manager Jan Veniger, project manager Milan Hoštálek, and video operator Jan Malek.
