Smartech AV has integrated boardrooms with technology from distributor NMK Electronics to boost collaboration for a government entity in Saudi Arabia.
A physical round table boardroom was integrated with a smart tech digital space, and an executive meeting room was created. Both use scalable
digital technologies to replace legacy analogue systems.
The round table boardroom uses a Televic multimedia set up which enables a paperless conference environment
and supports automated camera tracking, a voting system and double-sided digital nameplates. A high-definition, immersive videowall and videoconferencing system was also installed. Premium meeting
table furniture was sourced from European manufacturers.
Smartech worked to make the executive meeting room suitable for small, more focused gatherings and high-level discussions.
It includes interactive multi-touch displays, audio management systems and a dynamic camera set up. Advanced automation controls simplify operations and adjustments.
For both
projects Televic Plixus MME formed the backbone of the multimedia system and audio networking was delivered using Dante. The CoCon software suite provided comprehensive
tools for managing meetings, voting, and documentation.
