Peerless-AV has appointed Martin Romanowski as regional sales director EMEA with responsibility for the Nordics, Baltics, Eastern Europe and Russia.
Romanowski is based in Sweden; is fluent in Swedish, Polish and English; and also speaks Norwegian
and Danish. He has worked in senior local and international roles at several major OEMs and
distributors in the IT and AV sectors. Previously, he was CEO/Co-Owner of digital signage software company Smartsign,
where he was responsible for international expansion and growth assignment.

Romanowski added: “My background in business
and dealing with cultural differences is wide-ranging; especially having run my own business, I know all
the ins and outs of an organisation and what makes it tick from front to back of house.”
