QSC has added a new course to its training portfolio, providing system integrators with best practices and procedures to implement systems, teaching troubleshooting methods and procedures for resolving post-sales support problems.
The Quantum Level One training course provides industry-standard practices as applied to Q-SYS, including gain structure, signal flow and AEC calibration.
Knowledge including network theory and topologies is covered in the course, with support for network services and the basics of applications such as SIP telephony, external control and video.
Troubleshooting methodology is also taught, pertaining to network configuration and SIP telephony.
Quantum Level One includes modular, non-linear videos to keep content concise for integrators to learn at a user-defined pace.
The course can be completed in approximately three hours, with students becoming certified and earning five AVIXA RU credits upon completion of the course’s online quizzes.
