True Colours Distribution is bolstering service and maintenance, establishing a new division designed to support resellers and integrators.
The support service initiative is headed by business support manager, Martin Chanbers
and offers online assistance for registered customers. True Support members can log
on to
www.true-support.co.uk and raise automated tickets to alert the attention of an
engineer. Problems can then be remotely monitored and diagnosed allowing the engineer
to recommend a solution to resolve the issue.
Iain Campbell, sales and marketing
director at True Colours, said: “We have kicked off by offering True
Support on our dZine and Dexon product lines, as they are sold into
critical areas such as digital signage and command and control environments, but
we will be rolling the service out across other product lines in the coming months.”
