Audac adds new model to dual-channel power amplifier range

Audac has announced a new addition to the SCP series, which is a range of compact dual-channel power amplifiers for commercial use.

The newest model is the SCP206 compact dual-channel power amplifier, which offers 2 x 60W @ 4 Ohm and 120W @ 70/100V.

The SCP206 model joins the SCP212 amplifier (2 x 120W @ 4 Ohm), the SCP224 amplifier (2 x 240W @ 4 Ohm) and the SCP230 amplifier (2 x 300W @ 4 Ohm) models.

The half 19-in devices can be used in stereo low impedance or 70/100V bridge mode. There are 4 different models to serve a wide range of applications with power ratings that vary between 120W up to 600W in a half 19-in rack space housing.

The SCP series are designed in a way so that optimal cooling is established, with passive cooling on the SCP206 and SCP212 and active cooling on the SCP224 and SCP230.
